Let’s make it.
Whip the cream
Whip the cold cream to soft peaks. Keep it chilled while you prepare two serving glasses.
Build the layers
Divide half the prepared crumbs or pieces between the glasses. Add half the ice cream, some of the flavour topping and a spoonful of cream. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Serve straight away
Finish with the reserved crunchy pieces or a little topping. Serve immediately with long spoons.
