Submitting an order
When you submit the order form, your contact details, chosen items, fulfilment method, notes and any address, room number or GPS location you choose to share are saved in the website’s order database. An order reference is created before the WhatsApp summary is opened. This is a request; availability, final charges and the ready time still require the team’s confirmation.
Current location
GPS is optional and requested only when you tap Use my current location and allow your browser permission. A single current position is captured; this website does not continuously track you. You can remove it before submission or type a delivery address instead. Shared coordinates are included in the saved order and prepared WhatsApp message.
Phone and spam checks
The form checks Pakistan mobile-number format, including the 0355 SCOM range, and rejects obvious fake patterns. The server also limits repeated submissions and ignores duplicate retries of the same request. These checks do not verify ownership or guarantee that a number is reachable; SMS ownership verification is not enabled.
WhatsApp and contact messages
You review and send the prepared message in WhatsApp. The website does not send a WhatsApp message automatically. Contact enquiries use the same handoff and are not saved in the order database. WhatsApp applies its own privacy terms.
Prices, images and recipes
Menu prices are in Pakistani rupees. Address delivery adds Rs 150; takeaway and room delivery have no delivery charge. Any applicable taxes and service details are confirmed directly. Food imagery is illustrative. Journal recipes are home interpretations, separate from Crave’s commercial formulas, and are not claimed to be tested kitchen recipes.
Allergies
Please discuss food allergies and ingredient requirements with the team before ordering. An allergen-free kitchen is not promised.
External services and requests
